Yoga has a great therapeutic potential. Svastha Yogatherapie combines it with the knowledge of modern medicine, the basics of Ayurveda and common sense. Therapeutic Yoga is particularly important to me, both in group lessons and individualized treatment. Yoga therapy can help to cure various diseases, maintain health and increase well-being.
