More...This Yogastyle is about putting together Asanas(yogaposes) in a certain way. The Practice takes place in a constant flow and the Asanas are kept too. The goal is the transition from one pose to another with the breath. Advanced practitioners learn to control the breath accordingly and use Ujjayi-Pranayama (victorious breath) as a breathing technique. This is breathing through the nose and the breath is made audible by a narrowed glottis, so that a sound of the sea similar noise.
